Shipping & Service Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call from our team to verify your address before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Bulk Orders: Orders of 5 or more bottles automatically qualify for FREE standard shipping!

* Note: A Rs. 100 handling fee applies exclusively to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of total size.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our logistics partner containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package's journey.

4. Damages and Issues

Nayab Hair Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier and organize a replacement for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
