7-Day Easy Returns

We stand behind the quality of our 16-herb organic formulation. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was delivered within the last 7 days.
• The bottle is no more than 25% used. We understand you need to try it to see if it works, but excessive use voids the return policy.
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 334 3169826 or email us at support@nayabhairproducts.org. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days.
